To look up your travel credit information, you need to enter your reservation number and the last name of the reservation’s lead passenger exactly as they appear in your travel documents. The lead passenger is typically the person that made the original booking. If you are still having issues getting your travel credit information, please call us at 1-800-597-4761.

The processing of air credits varies by airline. The amount displayed is only your credit with Hyatt Inclusive Collection. If you also have an air credit and wish to use it, then you will need to call us at 1-800-597-4761.
